Fierce and Courageous Conversations - Online

It is a critical skill of leadership to be able to develop, motivate and hold others to account. To do this, leaders at all levels need the confidence to have ‘courageous’ or fierce conversations, which lead to the best actions and outcomes. This seminar session will draw upon the writing of Susan Scott to explore the reasons for avoiding or feeling anxious about potentially challenging or unwelcome conversations. We will explore how we can overcome some of the barriers to meaningful conversations, and in doing so confront tough or sensitive issues, increase clarity and understanding, and build strong relationships across a team.
