Our School to School Support team utilise the strength and talents of school leaders, who with credibility and a wealth of experience, can help schools in Lincolnshire improve. We offer a range of programmes, that can be personalised to your school and your needs.

We offer excellent bespoke and hands-on initial teacher training opportunities for primary teachers and leaders of the future.

Kyra seeks to maximise every opportunity, within and outside of our schools, for observation, joint practice development, networking, reflection and research as well as formal training courses and programmes.

Our wellbeing strategy builds upon our promise to one another to build social capital – mindful that well-being is an essential part of our community of mutual support and professional generosity.

Within the Kyra Teaching School we have a strong commitment to research and development. In 2016 we were designated as the Kyra Research School with a vision for growing a network within Lincolnshire and the East Midlands for educational research.

Kyra is an Appropriate Body for NQT Induction and can provide this service to primary and secondary schools.

Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Together are a partnership of eight Teaching Schools who as a group agree to work through collaboration, based on mutual trust and respect, to develop a self-improving school-led system in Lincolnshire.
