Our School to School Support team utilise the strength and talents of school leaders, who with credibility and a wealth of experience, can help schools in Lincolnshire improve. We offer a range of programmes, that can be personalised to your school and your needs.

Mobilise has been driving an evidence-informed and collaborative approach to professional development across Lincolnshire since 2016, creating a bank of resources, which have supported the projects. In 2021 Kyra Mobilise was launched, where this effective model of using evidence to drive school improvement will continue; schools will engage in a range of projects.

Our wellbeing strategy builds upon our promise to one another to build social capital – mindful that wellbeing is an essential part of our community of mutual support and professional generosity.

KYRA continues to work in partnership with Lincolnshire schools as a champion for growing great people into great leaders, and we are proud to be ambassadors for the next generation of school practitioners, investing in early career teachers.
