We are passionate about supporting our NQTs and RQTs so are thrilling to be running out Early Career Support Package for a second year. This incorporates the areas outlined in the Early Career Framework (ECF) 2019. All of our sessions will incorporate the standards in the ECF:
- High Expectations
- How pupils learn
- Subject and curriculum
- Classroom practice
- Adaptive teaching
- Managing behaviour
- Professional behaviour
The Kyra Early Career Support Programme consists of 8 sessions delivered across the autumn and spring terms. Each session has been designed specifically for NQTs and RQTs where required, the delivery is planned to reflect their requirements as they progress through their induction year. The programme can be accessed as a package or sessions can be accessed individually to meet the needs of each individual.
Due to the current usual times, all autumn term sessions will be taking place via Zoom to allow for accessibility.
After Christmas, we plan for sessions to take place face to face, duplicated at two different venues to support accessibility across the county.
Each session is a half day; AM session in Spilsby — PM session in Lincoln
Cost per session: £75 (2 Credits for Kyra Partner Schools)
For all 8 sessions: £525 (15 Credits for Kyra Partner Schools)
