Aspiring To Headship Twilights

We are delighted to be running a series of 4 twilights starting on the 23rd January from 4.00pm-5.30pm at the Keyworth Centre, Lincoln for aspirant school leaders within your schools. The aims of the twilights are:

To connect aspirant Headteachers to a local vision for strategic improvement, collaboration, peer review and system led leadership.

To develop confidence and inspire a passion for leadership in Lincolnshire.

To support the next generation of Lincolnshire’s Headteachers.

A blended model of learning, the sessions will include development planning, coaching, gap tasks, placement activities, 360 assessment tool, reading and time for reflection. Please share with your SLT and MLT and encourage them to book on. We will be inviting Lincolnshire school leaders to drop into the sessions to share their experiences of headship with colleagues.
