Learning To Lead
The Kyra Learning to Lead Programme is designed for aspiring or recently appointed middle leaders.
Each session focuses on the essential skills, values and leadership attributes which lead to leadership success and effectiveness.
The sessions will be tailored to the needs of the group, based on the themes of middle leadership roles and responsibilities. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit a range of schools throughout the course of the programme.

|25th January 18 1pm-5pm||The analyser, the enabler: monitoring & evaluating impact||· To gain an overview of different approaches to monitoring and evaluation
· To explore the story behind the data
· To explore positive approaches on how to hold others to account
